James Dolan. The billionaire owner. The blues musician. Before the playoffs kicked off, Dolan decided to give the boys a pep talk. Footage of the April 3 shootaround speech leaked on the “Roommates Show,” hosted by Brunson, Josh Hart, and Matt Hillman. It started normally. Standard billionaire motivation. He told them they were good enough. He warned them that losing would haunt them forever. Classic fear-mongering.
Then, things got weird. Dolan demanded sacrifice. Ten weeks of pure focus. Watch the diet. Sleep right. Standard stuff. But then he went full Spartan. He suggested the players stop having sex. Seriously. Keep it in your pants for ten weeks to get “the edge.”
