It was supposed to be a nice day out. Classic cars. Sunshine. Tatton Park in Cheshire. Instead, a Liverpool family ended up trapped in a metal box, watching a grown man lose his mind.
Olivia was driving. Her passengers? Two six-month-old babies and a 13-year-old. They were just leaving the American classic car show on Saturday afternoon when the road rage started. Some guy in a commercial van wanted her to pull over. She didn’t. That was his trigger.
Dashcam footage captured the 3:00 PM meltdown. The van cuts in front, slams the brakes, and blocks the road. Out climbs the driver. He stomps over, screaming obscenities, and yanks so hard on the car door that the handle snaps right off.

The van belonged to a subcontractor for Instant Loos and Event Hire. The company quickly went into damage control mode, issuing an apology and confirming the driver has been permanently sacked. They called his behavior unacceptable. Understatement of the year.
Cheshire Police are now on the case. They confirmed the suspect fled the scene after ripping the door handle off. The investigation is ongoing, but the trauma for that family isn’t going away anytime soon.
