First up is The Inner Circle 24. It starts at 6:30 p.m. ICT. You can only get this on live.onefc.com. Don’t bother looking elsewhere. Then, at 8:30 p.m. ICT, ONE Friday Fights 164 takes over. That one is easier to find. It’s on their YouTube, Facebook, watch.onefc.com, and various local TV networks.
If you are in Thailand, the rules are slightly different. Watch Inner Circle on the official site at 6:30 p.m. ICT. For Friday Fights—rebranded locally as ONE Lumpinee 164—tune into Channel 7 HD or TERO Entertainment at 8:30 p.m. ICT.
Down Under, the timing is brutal. New Zealanders have to wait until Saturday, August 1, at 2:30 a.m. NZDT to catch Friday Fights on ESPN. Australians get a slightly better deal. ESPN airs it at 12:30 p.m. AEDT on Saturday.
In Japan, U-NEXT has the monopoly. Watch Inner Circle at 8:30 p.m. JST and Friday Fights at 10:30 p.m. JST. South Korea splits the difference. For the rest of Asia, it is a mixed bag. Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore viewers can watch Inner Circle on live.onefc.com at 7:30 p.m. local time, followed by Friday Fights on beIN Sports at 9:30 p.m. The Philippines follows the same schedule, but Friday Fights is on One Sports and One Sports+. Indonesia and Vietnam start Inner Circle at 6:30 p.m. on the main site, then Friday Fights at 8:30 p.m. on Vidio (Indonesia) and HTV The Thao (Vietnam). Myanmar gets Skynet at 8:00 p.m. MMT.
Central Asia relies heavily on TelecomTV. If you are in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, or Armenia, that is your home for Friday Fights. Check your local listings for the exact late-afternoon start times. Inner Circle remains exclusive to live.onefc.com.
Middle Eastern fans can find Friday Fights on beIN Sports. It starts at 5:30 p.m. GST in Oman and the UAE, and 4:30 p.m. AST in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and neighboring states. Israel gets the broadcast on the ‘One’ channel at 4:30 p.m. IDT.
European viewers have to spend their afternoon watching fights. The UK gets Inner Circle at 12:30 p.m. BST on the official site, and Friday Fights on Sky Sports at 2:30 p.m. BST.
