He was walking backward. Classic mistake. Trying to get that dramatic, sweeping shot of the players marching onto the turf, he forgot the golden rule of footwork: look behind you. The shiny T20 Blast trophy was sitting right there. He didn’t see it. He hit it. He went down hard.
Social media, being the ruthless beast it is, immediately went wild. Luckily, both the camera guy’s pride and the silverware escaped without permanent damage. The game went on.

The chase was a formality. The Blaze cruised home in 16.3 overs, losing only four wickets. Kathryn Bryce anchored the chase with a sensible 34, booking their spot in the final. Good cricket. But honestly? Everyone is still talking about the guy who tripped over the cup.
